You choose how the engraving reads:

Our printed brass signs are made using dye sublimation. Your full-color design is first printed onto a transfer, then permanently infused into the pre-polished, lacquered brass surface with heat and pressure, so the image becomes part of the finish rather than a layer sitting on top.
