Overall the entire process was good. Online ordering and customizing the product was easy. Pricing was good. When my order arrived it didn't not have the color logo I picked and paid for. I called customer service. They had me send a picture of what I received and verified that I should have received full color. The rep corrected the situation and resent me new full color name plates. Mistakes happen - it was handled well. I would order from this company again.
