Whenever you order something off the internet and you haven't done business with someone before, it's always a craps shoot. Custom Signs came through. My order was a small one - one custom brass plate for a gag gift plaque I'm making someone. The product was perfect, the ordering and shipping process was painless, and the Tootsie Rolls were an unexpected personal touch that made me smile!

The design process was a bit clunky and I disliked having to choose options from drop-downs for each item, but got it done. Most of the plates were perfect - lettering on one or two was a bit off color-wise, and one was crooked, but we didn't have time to have anything remade, so the trophies will go out as-is. Price was good and they shipped fast. Would purchase from Custom Signs again.

Everything was just as ordered. I have ordered from other vendors in the past and the font is always screwed up. Not with these guys, everything matches perfect. A couple of nits. One, I use this on a perpetual trophy. I order a replacement plate every year adding the new name. The screw holes in the new plate don't match the plate from them last year so I had to plug the old holes. The other is the screws provided are long than necessary and causes an issue with screws on the adjacent side. None of this is enough I won't order again next year.
